More Confidence!

How you feel about our own body is a completely subjective perspective thought process, the tips and advice in this blog, is designed to help you shed negative naked-self perceptions and build up your natural-body confidence, eliminate your body-bashing mind set; look in the mirror when you’re about to shower and embrace the significant physical changes and work you have placed in yourself.

Now if you want to join the 50 + percent of American adults that have sex just once a week. Go right ahead, and continue to image just what you and your partner could be doing, while watching it on TV or internet. If you’re part of the unlucky half, I want you to switch over to the pleasure-seeking side and stopping thinking, starting doing it. Staying away from sex because you’re self-conscious about stripping down should no longer be an issue. Get to the gym, or gym in your house and only take a little a day about 15mins every day and you will see the changes in your body within a month , but you have to be consistent, this all start in the mind. Instead of bashing, you will be parsing yourself, you’ll be looking and feeling sexier, and having steamier sex—and lots more of it. If you’re already getting it on with regular, an additional boost of confidence will can make good sex go great sex.
One of the fastest, easiest ways to look and feel better is to change your posture. You want to carry yourself with more authority and self respect. A simple correction poor posture can make you look 5 pounds slimmer almost instantly. To keep that trim profile 24/7, you need to retrain and strengthen those belly-slimming, stand-tall muscles. Throughout the day make a mental note of keeping your belly tight (light flexing your ab muscle through the entire day): sit up straight, and drop your shoulders!
look at yourself nude and love what you see, if you can go on the internet and look at some one nude and enjoy it, why not do the same for yourself.  Good mental not, sit o stop wanting and start doing, let others want what you have.
a little does allot, if done in a consistent manner and correctly. Your brain is what develops the body, and the brain is a muscle, that needs the most work, to manage the rest of the muscle it commands.
